At TechBattle, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
If you are not satisfied with your TechBattle Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for subscription fees.
Refunds for paid contest entry fees are only available if the contest is cancelled by TechBattle. If you withdraw from a contest prior to its start time, you may be eligible for a credit towards a future event, at our discretion.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@techbattle.com with your transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund terms for enterprise agreements are governed by the specific master services agreement signed by your organization.
